敬業方面，在東北師大附中實習期間，我不斷向老師們虛心請教，認真工作，獲得了老師和同學們的好評，取得了“優”的成績。三年中我未間斷過家教工作，我教過各個年齡段的學生，從中獲益匪淺，一方面，我了解了不同學生的心理發展及學習上的`要求，另一方面，對初、高中的課本有所初步掌握，這對未來的教育事業，會有很大幫助。
