What she only thought was what clothes should wear, which make herself more beautiful at the contest. At last, she was too nervous to finish the contestbecause she didn't get ready very well.
Instead, Mingming had been working at English and asking others for help. What's more, he had hurt his leg two days before the contest. But he had never given up. As the result, he won the contest.

今天第一次找工作面試，因為導師不讓實習，所以以打醬油的狀態(tài)來到面試地點，本來預約是2點，我們1點多就到了，隨即領了排隊的號碼排隊，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經驗一、提早去排隊)。
一面技術面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過關，基本上分為兩部分：語言，問的是c和c++的問題;項目。感覺自己語言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的static變量和非static的區(qū)別，然后給了一個程序題，找改錯。確實蒙了，很長時間找不到錯，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字符串會有個'/o'所以在動態(tài)分配內存時，長度要+1，動態(tài)分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結束后要free動態(tài)分配的空間(這個很容易忘了)，倒轉字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來基礎還是不行，好的習慣沒養(yǎng)成。然后是問項目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過。
接下來是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優(yōu)缺點，愛好。優(yōu)缺點是主要的吧，面試官會即興提問，比如你說出一個缺點，他會說，舉個例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的.論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時候會有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個發(fā)言開題;第二個階段是辯論，這時候每個人只有一次發(fā)言機會，要注意聽別人和對方的觀點，做記錄，面試官可能會問你別人說了什么。第三個階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點，以及給我方人馬按表現(xiàn)排序，這個比較郁悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會問你的隊友對這個排序滿意否，以及會問被你排在后面的人有什么意見，之類，總之是各種為難人。
三面是性格測試，這個沒得準備，一些題換著說法循環(huán)出現(xiàn)，讓你在3個問題里選一個最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測試，華為這個比較扯。
