Mtakes and errors are the dciplined true which we advance in life。 Mtakesare great teachers。 Success es to those who are willing to rk making mtakes inthe pursuit of their goals and aspirations, and who are able to learn from thosemtakes。 And in order to learn from mtakes you must be willing to pay forthem。

Mtakes can be enormously valuable, but when you try to get others to payfor your mtakes, then you deprive yourself of the opportunity to learn fromthem。 When something goes wrong,it's usually very easy to find someone else toblame, but what does that really acplh?

Much of the value of mtakes es from the fact that they demand a cost thatmust be paid。 The person who learns the most from a mtake the person who paysthe price for that mtake。

When you make a mtake, the lastthing you want to do run away from it。 Youneed to accept it because you can learn a lot from it。 The mtake has been made,so make the most of it。 Pay the price, learn the lesson, and grow that muchstronger。

When you make a mtake, don't look back at it long。 Remember the reason forit, and then look forward。 Mtakes are lessons of wdom。 The past cannot bechanged。 The present still in your power。 Take full advantage of your mtakes toachieve your goals and aspirations。

It well that young men should begin at the beginning and occupy the mostsubordinate positions。 Many of the leading businessmen of Pittsburgh had aserious responsibility thrust upon them at the very threshold of their career。They were introduced to the broom, and spent the first hours of their businesslives sweeping out the office。 I notice we have janitors and janitresses now inoffices, and our young men unfortunately ms that salutary branch of businesseducation。 But if by chance the professional sweeper absent any morning, the boywho has the genius of the future partner in him will not hesitate to try h handat the broom。 The other day a fond fashionable mother in Michigan asked a youngman whether he had ever seen a lady sweep in a room so grandly as her Prcilla。He said no,he never had,and the mother was gratified beyond measure, but thensaid he,after a pause,“What I should like to see her do sweep out a room” Itdoes not hurt the newest er to sweep out the office if necessary. I was one ofthose sweepers myself。

Assuming that you have all obtained employment and are fairly started, myadvice to you “aim high”。 I would not give a fig for the young man who does notalready see himself the partner or the head of an important firm。 Do not restcontent for a moment in your thoughts as head clerk,or foreman,or generalmanager in any concern,no matter how extensive。 Say to yourself,“My place atthe top! Be king in your dreams。

And here the prime condition of success, the great secret: concentrate yourenergy, thought, and capital exclusively upon the business in which you areengaged。 Having begun in one line, resolve to fight it out on that line,to leadin it,adopt every improvement, have the best machinery, and know the most aboutit。

The concerns which fail are those which have scattered their capital, whichmeans that they have scattered their brains also。 They have investments in th,or that,or the other, here there, and everywhere。 “Don't put all your eggs inone basket。” all wrong。 I tell you to “put all your eggs in one basket, and thenwatch that basket! Look round you and take notice, men who do that not oftenfail。 It easy to watch and carry the one basket。 It trying to carry too manybaskets, which break most eggs in th country。 He who carries three baskets mustput one on h head, which apt to tumble and trip him up。 One fault of theAmerican businessman lack of concentration。

To summarize what I have said: aim for the highest; never enter a bar room;do not touch liquor,or if at all only at meals; never speculate; never indorsebeyond your surplus cash fund; make the firm's interest yours; break ordersalways to save owners; concentrate; put all your eggs in one basket, and watchthat basket; expenditure always within revenue; lastly,be not impatient, for asEmerson says,“no one can cheat you out of ultimate success but yourselves!

Nothing succeeds lacks confidence. When you are truly confident,it radiatesfrom you like sunlight, and attracts success to you like a magnet.

It's important to believe in yourself.Believe that you can do it under anycircumstances, because if you believe you can, then you really will. The beliefkeeps you searching for answers, which means that pretty soon you will getthem.

Confidence is more than an attitude. It comes from knowing exactly whereyou are going and exactly how you are going to get there. It comes from actingwith integrity and confidence. It comes from a strong sense of purpose. It comesfrom a strong commitment to take responsibility, rather than just letting lifehappen.

One way to develop self-confidence is to do the thing you fear and to get arecord of successful experiences behind you.

Confidence is compassionate and understanding. It is not arrogant. Arroganceis born out of fear and insecurity, while confidence comes from strength andintegrity.

Confidence is not just believing you can do it. Confidence is knowing youcan do it.Know that you are capable of accomplishing anything you want, and liveyour life with confidence.

Anything can be achieved through focused, determined effort andself-confidence.If your life is not what you want it to be,you have the power tochange it,and you must make the changes on a moment by moment basis. Live yourpriorities. Live with your goals and your plan of action. Live each moment withyour priorities in mind. Act with your own purpose, and you will have the lifeyou want.

Good afternoon, my dear teachers and friends,

Suppose you are in a dark cave alone now. Maybe you can not find any hope, you are trembling and frightened. What will you do? What will you say? Will you give up? (……) No we should not give up. We should try our best to find hope. So today, I am honored to stand here to share my opinion with you---- Let’s say NO to Give UP.

Are you looking for a great opportunity? Well, you can stop searchingbecause it is here。

The greatest opportunity that anyone could possibly hope for can be yours。You don’t have to make a cash investment。 You don’t even have to fill out anapplication form。 This incredible opportunity can work for you no matter whatyour educational or professional background,no matter what your level ofphysical ability might be,and no matter what skills you possess。

The opportunity in front of you is monly called “TODAY”。 This opportunityis full of power and has the potential to deliver whatever you desire。 Yourgrand opportunity is here and now。 It is in the precious,irreplaceable3 hoursand moments which make up this day。 Whatever the clock may read, today is justbeginning。 In front of you are 24 fresh and available hours until this timetomorrow, and there is so very much you can do with them。 Today is anopportunity of the grandest proportions。 No one,no matter how rich, famous, powerful or successful, has an opportunity available to them with more potentialthan you have today。

In fact, you have the very same day available to you as the most successfulperson alive ―on the very same day。 Seize it,live it,and make it intosomething great。
