          簡單勵志的英語演講稿1

Maybe all of you have ever read these words: Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of will, a quality of imagination, a vigor of the emotions: it is the freshness of the deep spring of life.

As a youth, I quite like these words of Samuel Erman. It tells the truth of youth, especially after I entered this university, I realized it is true that youth is not only a matter of time, process is more important.

Clearly, I remember the day I came to Kaifeng on September, 11th. When I took apart from dear mom and dad, I turned back, and never glanced back, I knew I couldn’t hold up tears because I saw their red eyes the moment I waved goodbye. Facing up to the big campus, I told myself: Hi, girl, you know, it’s you, yourself here, nobody can help you. Come on! Be brave and try your best! There must be a whole new world! Yes, I’m not a timid girl, I have no fear! Supple knees never belong to me! I’m young and full of passion, I will take up my task with light heart and hope!

In the following days, I experienced tough military training. That made me even stronger. Having stood still in big sun and heavy rains, I sincerely understood “Persistence is victory!” As Michael Jordan said : I can never stop working hard . Each day I feel I have to improve , hard work ,determination … I’ve got to keep pushing myself . Yes , that’s what I nudge me to make more achievements. I actively took part in various of activities., caring little about results. When failed, I would think of the solemn auditorium , the splendid career my college had mad. Then, I cheered up , for the striving history of henna university taught me: The strongest people are not always the people who win ,but who don’t give up when they lose.

As a sailing ship has a destination, we must have a definite goal in our life. Now, we are college students, we should know what we are doing and what kind of person we want to be in the future. As an average student with average ability, I have my dreams and life goals, too. And I also know there will be a hard and long way for me to come along, because life is tough, whether we want it to be or not. Many times we pray for ease, but that’s a prayer seldom met. Even so, we still should be optimistic, because no practice, you will never know how deep the river is, how hot the fire is, the result of on looker is only nothing.

At last, I remember what Forrest Gump said: Life is a box of chocolates, you never know what you are gonna get.” Yes, we never know what will come to us tomorrow. Maybe hope is frail, but it is hard to kill. As youth, each one of us is a unique, worthwhile individual. So, dear friends! Just be yourself! Don’t pay mush attention to results, value your experiences and enjoy them! Then, one day, you can proudly tell yourself:

Although there is no trace in the sky, I have flied away!

          簡單勵志的英語演講稿2

I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell , it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to.

          簡單勵志的英語演講稿3

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”.

I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago.

          簡單勵志的英語演講稿4

Honorable judges, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen: It is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful Saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the English language.

About a year and a half ago, I took part in my very first English Speech Contest. When I stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, I could hardly speak. I stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say. My fears had paralyzed me.

While my passion for English has never changed, I lost my courage to speak in public. When my professor again encouraged me to take part in this Competition, I said “no.” I couldn’t endure yet another painful experience. He looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. I will never forget his words. “Look,” he said, “We all have our fears, and you have yours. You could twist your ankle in a.
