小作文是作文復習的一部分，這部分也是學生提分的一個部分，小編總結了小作文提分的技巧，供2017年考生參考。
第一，開頭的稱呼，根據歷年小作文的題目要求大概分以下幾種：
(1)如果是不認識的人，一般稱呼為敬詞+尊稱，例如，DearSirorMadam;
(2)如果是寫給關系正式的某團體或個人，稱呼為敬詞+尊稱+名，例如，DearMr.xx或DearMs.xx;
(3)對于關系較親密的人則可以直呼其名。
第二，考研英語的小作文一般也是按照“三段式”來寫，首段寫作是有固定套路的�？忌话阋雀鶕笤诘谝欢沃薪淮宄䥺栴}，使閱卷老師從第一段中就可得知是何種類型的小作文，要把自己的寫作意圖突出出來，引出目的的模板形式如：I am writing to...;there as on why i write this letteris to...，由此，做到“開門見山”。
第三，在寫作中間段時，傳統上我們習慣在首段開頭空四個字母，段落之間沒有空行;現在也普遍接受另外一種格式，即：每段開頭不空格，但是各段之間空一行，這兩種選擇無對錯之分，考生在格式方面可以根據自己的習慣進行選擇。只要讓閱卷人看得舒服，且完全符合應用文要求的文體就可以。最后一段一般就首段提出的內容作出呼應，或者再次表達感謝，期待對方回復等等，這一段不需要含有過多的信息點，但考生一定要注意固定詞語的運用。
最后要求考生要沉著應對小作文的考試，考生進入到作文試題環節，時間可能早已已經過去大半，考生在這部分題目的應答上一定要沉住氣，冷靜分析題目的同時力求在語言和書寫上做到出色。考生在應對小作文時的書寫要求和大作文一樣，即語言上要用詞準確，卷面上要保持整潔，如果時間允許，考生可以在稿紙上簡單列出各段的關鍵詞以確保寫作時可以一氣呵成。
