一、問候
俗話說萬事開頭難，一旦有個好的開頭，考生就能進入狀態，逐漸放松，自然應對。自我介紹的問候語部分是個簡單鋪墊，不需要太長，一兩句話即可。此時請注意面帶微笑，表情自然，最好與對面的面試老師有目光交流，如果擔心緊張，可以環視一周。
1. 稱呼：dear professors，respected professors
2. 套話：
該部分的套話內容大體包括：感謝給自己面試機會;問好。內容應該簡練，導師真正想聽的是后面的內容，切忌在此部分內容太長。

二、自我介紹
1. 基本情況
該部分包括考生的姓名，年齡，家鄉，家庭情況，性格愛好等基本信息。
注意：
(1)家庭情況(例如家庭有幾口人，父母職業等)可不必單獨說出，或者家庭情況可以作為后面的鋪墊，例如自己喜歡某個專業或自己立志考某個學校專業是和家庭某成員有關(建議此處不要隨意編造，以免隨后老師會根據這個提問更細節問題時無話可說。)
(2)性格愛好也非必須，尤其在自己準備的專業相關等更重要內容比較多時，可以不寫性格愛好。如果要寫，也建議著重強調自己的個性和所報考的專業的契合處。例如踏實、細心、團隊協作、動手能力強等。
(3)介紹家鄉時，可以稍作拓展，例如介紹家鄉的特色文化等。

2. 學習情況

4. 為什么讀研?研究生階段的計劃

注意事項：
1. 自我介紹不必追求過于華麗的辭藻，以免考場上忘記這些自己本不熟悉的詞匯。
2. 自我介紹不宜太長，2-3分鐘比較理想。
3. 要多練習幾遍，但也不必像背書那樣，避免過于僵硬顯得不自信。
4. 如果緊張可通過深呼吸等緩解，如果忽然忘記接著要說什么，可以說I just feel a little bit nervous, because this is my first time to have such an interview.來給自己爭取而一些時間，避免空白尷尬，讓自己更為緊張。
