撰寫簡(jiǎn)歷的注意事項(xiàng)
1、簡(jiǎn)歷設(shè)計(jì)巧顯個(gè)性
人力資源部副經(jīng)理xxx說,在相同學(xué)歷條件下,一定要在簡(jiǎn)歷中體現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)來。
比如說,有的同學(xué)把自己“英語二、四級(jí)”、“計(jì)算機(jī)二級(jí)”、獲得過什么資格證都標(biāo)在了簡(jiǎn)歷的封面上,這樣招聘者看簡(jiǎn)歷一目了然,一下就把這份簡(jiǎn)歷挑出來了。相反的,有的同學(xué)用了一兩頁A4紙定自薦信,用了諸如“吃苦耐勞工作勤奮”之類的字眼形容自己,根本體現(xiàn)不出自己的特點(diǎn),因?yàn)檫@些評(píng)價(jià)適用于每個(gè)求職者。
另一位招聘負(fù)責(zé)人建議,寫自薦信可將主要特長(zhǎng)、簡(jiǎn)歷的段落詞句用加黑、加粗的字體顯示,便于瀏覽。
2、開門見山介紹自己
在某報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源部,記者看到了一位雙學(xué)士的求職簡(jiǎn)歷;在長(zhǎng)達(dá)十頁的簡(jiǎn)歷中,第一頁是封面,第二頁是一整頁的自薦信,第三頁是一整頁的學(xué)校介紹,第四頁是一整頁的專業(yè)介紹,第五頁才介紹個(gè)人基本情況。
“翻到第五頁才找到我們想看的東西。”招聘負(fù)責(zé)人表示,直接把個(gè)人情況表格放到最前面去,才是最簡(jiǎn)潔的做法。
這位負(fù)責(zé)人還說,有的新聞專業(yè)的學(xué)生復(fù)印了大量的實(shí)習(xí)作品放在簡(jiǎn)歷里,其實(shí)沒有必要。因?yàn)閳?bào)社在招聘時(shí),看重的是見報(bào)文章的質(zhì)量而非數(shù)量,比如文章是否有一定的獨(dú)到見解、是否為獨(dú)立署名,這樣才更能體現(xiàn)出一個(gè)新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。他還表示,成績(jī)單、各種證書的復(fù)印件要備齊,這樣比空泛地寫自己有多少優(yōu)點(diǎn)要有力得多。
3、不應(yīng)聘外企無需通篇英文
一國(guó)有單位的`人力資源部招聘負(fù)責(zé)人xxx指出,有的學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)歷里,簡(jiǎn)歷里,英文材料比中文材料要多。HR表示,其實(shí)只有外企才會(huì)比較注重應(yīng)聘者用外語表達(dá);應(yīng)聘國(guó)企則無需通篇英文。
簡(jiǎn)歷應(yīng)對(duì)應(yīng)聘單位有一定的針對(duì)性。比如單位到廈門大學(xué)的應(yīng)聘學(xué)生就在簡(jiǎn)歷里附了一首詩,內(nèi)容大概是:歡迎貴單位來欣賞廈大的美麗風(fēng)光,同時(shí)廈大學(xué)生也從貴單位的招聘感受到了貴單位務(wù)實(shí)的作風(fēng)。
其實(shí),這樣的簡(jiǎn)歷就在很大程度上對(duì)企業(yè)表現(xiàn)出親和力和針對(duì)性,讓招聘者眼前一亮。相反的,有的學(xué)生主動(dòng)找上門來想求職,嘴里說對(duì)貴企業(yè)很仰慕,但一問卻對(duì)企業(yè)一無所知,這樣給人的感覺就很不可靠,僅僅是在找一個(gè)飯碗而已。
