簡歷填寫自我評估點寫啊?
畢業生就業制度改為社會選擇就業制度后，求職者首先遇到的就是如何寫好求職信。通過寫求職信與用人單位取得聯系，也是“雙選”就業的一種有效方式。學會寫好求職信和填好履歷表，是踏上成功的第一步。因為將求職信寫得清楚、準確又有條理，會給用人單位留下一個良好的第一印象。也是吸引聘人單位的重要條件之一。寫求職信沒有成規，也沒有統一格式，一般來說，求職信的`基本內容應包括以下幾點：
(一)用人消息是從什么地方得到的，說明自己希望申請哪種工作。因為用人單位往往同時為多個崗位招聘人才，如不寫清申請哪種工作，聘人單位將無法回復。
(二)告訴聘人單位，你對該項工作如何感興趣，你有哪方面的專業知識和特長、才能，受過哪方面的培訓和鍛煉，對這項工作有何研究，有哪方面的成就等等。
(三)簡單介紹一下自己的資歷，寫出自己就讀的學校名稱、主修和選修的科目。如果你覺得有必要，可以列出某些科目的考試成績。
(四)求職信中還可以寫進與求職有關的其他有利條件，如參加過哪些課外活動，做過哪些調查，有哪方面的工作經驗等等。
(五)求職信的最后，應該提醒聘人單位留意你附呈的簡歷，請求給予回音等等。除了求職信的內容外，寫求職信時還應該注意以下5個問題：
(1)寫求職信時，字跡不要潦草，應清楚、工整，給人一種辦事認真負責的印象。
(2)求職信應該具有針對性，每申請一份工作，應該認真寫好一份求職信，以表示自己對申請這份工作很真誠。不要千篇一律的寫幾十份求職信到處投寄，其結果必然是處處落空。
(3)謙虛是我國人民的美德，但在求職信里過分謙虛，就不能正確反映出你的實績和才能。應該在求職信里強調自己的長處，但是，在強調長處時，又要避免出現過于自負、自信。
(4)在求職信中需要用我覺得、我看、我想、我認為等語氣來說明自己的觀點時，要慎重，否則會給聘人單位留下你自高自大、思想不成熟的感覺。
(5)字跡整潔，文句通順，語氣精練，切忌冗長，實事求是，突出重點。
