壓力面試應(yīng)對(duì)技巧
一、事先了解
首先,你得知道你即將面對(duì)的是壓力面試。這一句不是廢話,了解你將要面臨的情況才能做得更好。如果我們已經(jīng)知道接下來是要進(jìn)行壓力面的話,那就成功一半了。
二、常用手段
一般來說,壓力面主要是由面試官營造的一種緊張氣氛讓你頭腦反應(yīng)不過來,從而造成自我緊張。他們通常用如下方式來使人緊張:
抓你簡歷上的漏洞,不斷的追問,一個(gè)個(gè)出其不意的問題讓人不及反應(yīng);
揪住你說的每一句話,如果有少許的前后矛盾的話,也是面試官的切入點(diǎn);
通常他們會(huì)緊緊把握節(jié)奏,不容你有思考的時(shí)間,一句話說完,馬上會(huì)接下去;
似是而非的質(zhì)疑點(diǎn),會(huì)讓你試著解釋,但又說會(huì)對(duì)結(jié)局影響不大。
就我經(jīng)驗(yàn)只想到這些了,有機(jī)會(huì)再補(bǔ)充。
三、慢字決
在面對(duì)這樣迫人的面試時(shí),我們只要做到一個(gè)字:
慢
只有慢下來,才能跳出面試官控制的那個(gè)節(jié)奏,回到自己的節(jié)奏;
只有慢下來,才能清楚的.想問題,不至于被人奇著鼻子走;
只有慢下來,才能做到從容不迫,做到前后一致。
通常來說,我們并不能Hold得住整個(gè)場面,并不能把整個(gè)節(jié)奏放慢,但只要我們?cè)诨卮饐栴}前有意識(shí)的停頓,思路就可能回來。一定要做得放慢自己的語速,盡管你平時(shí)是個(gè)急性子,是個(gè)語速非常快的人,當(dāng)在那個(gè)時(shí)候也有有意的把語速放慢,個(gè)人覺得在平時(shí)說話語速上再慢個(gè)三分之一就行了。
當(dāng)你表現(xiàn)得不急不躁時(shí),反而給人的感覺是你很有料,很沉穩(wěn)。
四、誠實(shí)又有原則
無論哪一輪面試,誠實(shí)是必然的。個(gè)人認(rèn)為在個(gè)人履歷方面的作假十分不必要,也很給自圓其說的。萬一哪天你成了唐駿那個(gè)人知名職業(yè)經(jīng)理人呢,萬一又冒出另一個(gè)“方同學(xué)”呢?
其次是有原則,當(dāng)聊到一些比較邊緣但又不影響大局的問題時(shí),我們可以禮貌地拒絕回答。特別是那些為了營造緊張氛圍而問的問題,個(gè)人覺得完全可以拒絕回答。而且對(duì)方也是可以了解的,并不會(huì)在那個(gè)問題直糾結(jié)。
