          投簡歷后多久會有消息

          我們普遍的感覺,就是投簡歷后杳無音信,簡歷猶如石沉大海。那么問題究竟出在哪呢?實際上,我們忘記了一點,也很大程度上是沒有發現這個規律:投簡歷的滯后期,而且是一個月以上的滯后期。這就意味著在你堅持每天投遞簡歷后,直到第三周,20天之前投的簡歷才發揮了作用。道理很簡單,你投遞簡歷到對方通知你面試,需要一個過程。

          人事首先要在茫茫應聘者中挑出他認為合適的簡歷,于眾多的候選者中在篩選出數名他認為大體合適的比方說20份簡歷,這就是粗選的過程,需要幾天來完成。這位人事專員當然也有很多其他的日常工作,至少需要另外幾天時間才能從這20份簡歷中將你挑出,比方說被看中的共計是10份簡歷。

          然后,他才會將這10份簡歷和缺人部門的職位要求描述做一個細致比較,發現其中有5份不合格,那么他會再次挑選并補足,總共10份篩選后的簡歷推薦給需求部門,這就是個精選的過程。

          缺人部門的領導在百忙中抽空把這10份簡歷全部看完,當然也需要一定時間。很顯然,這個部門領導會根據該職位的真實對口需求,加上自身的'個人愛好甚至是男女等性別偏好,確定并告知人事部門可以參加首輪面試的比方說5個人選,這樣又是一周沒了。

          然后,人事部門去挨個打電話通知這5個人來面試,這個電話就是你20多天前投出簡歷的那一刻就在想象第二天能接到的面試電話。

          如果這5個人中已經有2位在此期間找到新工作了,或者幾個人面試下來沒有合格的,或者答應準時赴約的面試者突然臨時變卦不來了,甚至人事在重新理解部門的要求之后又將之前粗選淘汰的你挑了出來……

          這些都需要時間,因為如此等等眾多原因,所以從投遞簡歷到大批量收到面試電話,這中間有至少20天的滯后期。如果你從1月1號開始,每天堅持投遞20個新職位,那么真正的面試電話高峰還不是1月20日,而是在2月15日前后。最后一個電話甚至可能在5月1日之后。怎么會拖到5月1日呢?部門經理出了個長差,或者原先確定的面試成功者找到更好的去向不來了,或者這個職位凍結了2個月又解凍了,或者在新人招來之前又有老人跳槽所以部門真正開始人手不夠了。

          如何避免簡歷“石沉大海”呢?當然需要通過方法的運用,這是我們投遞簡歷階段的核心。所以,請記住,要提前準備,每個工作日20份以上簡歷投遞出去,至少一個月后,大量的真正有效的面試電話才會到來。
