面試要注意“答所問(wèn)”

麥肯錫公司有一句名言:所有的事情都可以分成三句話去講。比如:今天上午9點(diǎn)吃早飯。可以說(shuō)成:今天我吃飯,時(shí)間是上午9:00,吃的是早飯。因此建議大家在回答問(wèn)題的時(shí)候,不妨按照這樣一個(gè)套路:第一點(diǎn)、第二點(diǎn)、第三點(diǎn)……這樣聽(tīng)的人很清楚,說(shuō)的人也不會(huì)漏掉重點(diǎn)。還有一個(gè),就是要簡(jiǎn)明,不要羅嗦。有的應(yīng)聘者自我介紹搞了10分鐘,聽(tīng)的人早煩了,誰(shuí)有這個(gè)耐心呢?
