很多公司的Email郵箱容量比較小,且為了防止電腦病毒傳播,很多公司的郵件系統(tǒng)是不允許郵件中帶附件的。如果是這種情況,帶附件的郵件要么是被直接刪除,要么就是附件被刪除。正是基于這個(gè)原因,很多公司的.HR在接收簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候,要么選擇163、Gmail、Sohu等公共郵箱,要么使用不能接收附件的公司郵箱。如果是不能接收附件的公司郵箱,就需要應(yīng)聘者將簡(jiǎn)歷以Email正文的形式發(fā)送。
1 正文發(fā)送簡(jiǎn)歷的優(yōu)點(diǎn):
無(wú)需下載附件,HR打開(kāi)郵件正文即可看到簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容;
純文本格式,容易查看,不會(huì)因?yàn)殡娔X沒(méi)安裝某種軟件而打不開(kāi)文檔簡(jiǎn)歷文件(如doc、pdf、excel等格式)。
2 正文發(fā)送簡(jiǎn)歷的缺點(diǎn):
正文中簡(jiǎn)歷格式由于各種原因(如郵件編碼、郵件發(fā)送及轉(zhuǎn)發(fā))而容易混亂,難以保障;
正文中貼照片比較困難、麻煩;
二 附件發(fā)送簡(jiǎn)歷:
附件形式發(fā)送簡(jiǎn)歷可以完全保證簡(jiǎn)歷格式,方便HR下載簡(jiǎn)歷打印。但是多數(shù)外企郵箱大小容量有限制,且對(duì)附件嚴(yán)格限制。
