英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式結(jié)構(gòu)括頁(yè)眉部分、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷和個(gè)人資料四部分。
1、頁(yè)眉部分
1)名字，名字有7種寫(xiě)法：
例如“李揚(yáng)”：1) Yang LI 2) YANG LI 3) Yang Li 4) Yang Li 5) Li,Yang 6) Li Yang 7) LI Yang
我們認(rèn)為這7種都有可接受，比如說(shuō)第四種-Yang Li，很方便招聘人員，尤其是人事部經(jīng)理為中國(guó)人;但標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、外資公司流行的簡(jiǎn)歷中的名字寫(xiě)法，則是第二種，YANG LI。
有人用粵語(yǔ)拼寫(xiě)自己的姓氏。比如，王寫(xiě)成Wong，李寫(xiě)成Lee。這只是香港人的拼法，并不是國(guó)際的拼法。另外，有一小部分人用外國(guó)人的姓，如Mary Smith，這是非常不可取的。因?yàn)槿绻阌猛鈬?guó)人的姓，別人會(huì)認(rèn)為你是外國(guó)人，或者你父親是外國(guó)人，或者你嫁給了外國(guó)人。
雙字名，也有四種寫(xiě)法，例：1)Xiao-feng 2)Xiao-Feng 3)Xiaofeng 4)Xiao Feng，列出四種來(lái)，我們建議用第三種，Xiaofeng，最簡(jiǎn)單方便。大家一看就知是名而不是姓，要不然，大家有可能會(huì)誤認(rèn)為你是姓肖的。
