文風(fēng)自然:使用簡(jiǎn)潔通俗的語(yǔ)言，句式結(jié)構(gòu)盡量簡(jiǎn)單，不要為了求新求異而讓人覺(jué)得拗口。行文的語(yǔ)言不妨口語(yǔ)化一點(diǎn)，要有靈氣，就像是娓娓道來(lái)，但千萬(wàn)又不可丟了分寸，讓人覺(jué)得猥褻。多用動(dòng)詞，少用形容詞，更不要使用詞典。
具體而開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山：自薦信的目的是為了留給人事主管一個(gè)良好的印象，使他/她進(jìn)一步閱讀繁冗的簡(jiǎn)歷。自薦信的重要之處在于它必須始終回答這樣一個(gè)問(wèn)題:“我為什么要任用這個(gè)求職者?”
