寫自薦信需要注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題
1.要堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是的原則，正確介紹自己。既不要講大話和空話，過(guò)高地宣揚(yáng)自己，也不要過(guò)于謙虛，將自己的能力說(shuō)得平平，這都不利于自薦和用人單位的挑選。最好是用成績(jī)和事實(shí)來(lái)代替華而不實(shí)的修飾語(yǔ)，恰如其分地介紹自己。
2.要突出重點(diǎn)，有針對(duì)性。自薦信切忌篇幅過(guò)長(zhǎng)或過(guò)短，長(zhǎng)了會(huì)使對(duì)方厭煩，而短了又說(shuō)不清問(wèn)題，并且會(huì)給人一種不嚴(yán)肅、不認(rèn)真的感覺。一般說(shuō)來(lái)，自薦信以 1000字左右較為合適，要突出重點(diǎn)，有針對(duì)性，或針對(duì)某一單位的某一人選，或針對(duì)某一單位的某一職位，效果會(huì)更好。
3.文筆要順暢，字跡要工整。求職信是用人單位對(duì)求職人的一次非正式考核，用人單位可以通過(guò)信件了解求職者的語(yǔ)言修辭和文字表達(dá)能力，可以說(shuō)，求職信是用人單位對(duì)求職者取得第一印象的憑證。字跡的工整、清潔、美觀，給人以愉悅的感受，可形成良好的印象。相反，如果求職信寫得字跡潦草，難以辨認(rèn)，就會(huì)給對(duì)方留下辦事馬虎草率。敷衍了事的感覺。如果你的字寫得不好，最好打印或請(qǐng)人代寫。如果你能寫得一手好字，就工工整整地自己寫，并落款"親筆敬上"等字樣，這不僅可以給對(duì)方以辦事認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的印象，也可以
