        1.      求職信概述:
         在求職過(guò)程中,除了利用履歷表來(lái)簡(jiǎn)介并推銷自己外,依例仍須附上一封求職信,告訴求才單位,你對(duì)該工作之勝任及申請(qǐng)意愿。履歷表是求職程序中之主體,但求職信卻可補(bǔ)其不足,達(dá)到畫龍點(diǎn)睛,錦上添花之妙用。因此可將一些無(wú)法在履歷表中充分發(fā)揮之個(gè)人專長(zhǎng)或才能,透過(guò)求職信詳細(xì)說(shuō)明,藉由履歷表及求職信之相輔相成,爭(zhēng)取到面試的機(jī)會(huì)。
        2.寫求職信的策略:
        求職信是另類推銷信,它推銷的不是產(chǎn)品,而是你自己。寫求職信時(shí)應(yīng)做到以下幾點(diǎn):
        1) Attract the attention of your potential employer
          
        吸引您未來(lái)老板的注意力
        2) Arouse your employer’s interest in you

        5. 求職信的具體寫法:
        求職信可分三段書寫:
        第一段應(yīng)告訴收信人你是從何處得知該公司(單位)的行名和地址,從何處獲悉對(duì)方有職位空缺,譬如從當(dāng)?shù)貓?bào)紙、電臺(tái)或者電視臺(tái)等,表達(dá)對(duì)該職位的興趣和原因。
        第二段提供你的個(gè)人資料,如年齡、婚姻狀況、興趣、所參加的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)等等,提供你的教學(xué)資料:學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、所學(xué)課程等,講述相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、如任職公司、擔(dān)任職位、相關(guān)工作業(yè)績(jī)等以及個(gè)人性格特點(diǎn)。
