          另起一行,空兩格,寫表示敬祝的話。如:此致之類的詞,然后換行頂格寫“敬禮”、或祝“工作順利”、“事業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)”相應(yīng)詞語。這兩行均不點(diǎn)標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào),不必過多寒暄,以免“畫蛇添足”。

          署名和日期

          寫信人的姓名和成文日期寫在信的右下方。姓名寫在上面,成文日期寫在姓名下面。姓名前面不必加任何謙稱的限定語,以免有阿諛之感,或讓對(duì)方輕看你的能力。成文日期要年、月、日俱全。
