1.性別稱呼不當(dāng)

4.遵從要求
雇主都想要知道你是否能按照要求做好事情——這一評(píng)價(jià)從你的求職信開始。請(qǐng)按照要求的將簡歷制作成固定的文件格式 (PDF格式、微軟WORD文檔、文本文件等),并發(fā)給某個(gè)制定的人。同樣的,若招聘說明中要求你寫出薪資要求以供參考,那么寫上你期待的薪資水平,除非你根本不想成為這一職位的候選人。在這一階段如果忽略了某項(xiàng)明確列出的要求,那么你注定要被淘汰了。
