          1、稱謂

          即接收并閱看信件的人的稱呼。

          如果你采用第一類型的求職認(rèn)形式,一般來(lái)說(shuō),收信人應(yīng)該是單位里有實(shí)權(quán)錄用你的人。要特別注意此人的姓名和職務(wù),書寫要準(zhǔn)確,萬(wàn)萬(wàn)馬虎不得。假如用人單位有關(guān)人員的姓名不熟悉,那么在求職信中可以進(jìn)接稱閱信人的職務(wù)頭銜。如“XX電了集團(tuán)公司負(fù)責(zé)人”、“XX公司負(fù)責(zé)人”、“XX集團(tuán)人事經(jīng)理”等。如果你采用第二種類型的求職信的寫法,則稱謂名用“尊敬的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”。

          求職信的目的在于求職,因而稱謂要求嚴(yán)肅謹(jǐn)慎,要有禮貌。既不能隨隨便便,又不能過(guò)分新昵,以免給人以阿諛、唐突之嫌。

          稱謂后的問(wèn)候語(yǔ)一般應(yīng)為“您好”而非“你好”,更不能用“您們好”。即便招聘人不是一人,也不能用這樣的字樣,因?yàn)檫@不僅讓人感覺(jué)不出你的問(wèn)候,反而使他們主為你才疏學(xué)淺,連起碼的常識(shí)都不懂,因?yàn)?ldquo;您”是不能用于復(fù)數(shù)的。

          開頭表達(dá)力求簡(jiǎn)潔,并能吸引對(duì)方讀下去。切忌虛言冗雜、客套問(wèn)候、離題萬(wàn)里,讓對(duì)方產(chǎn)生厭惡情緒。

          3、主體

          這部分是求職信的重點(diǎn),書寫形式可以多樣,但主要內(nèi)容一般是:

          姓名

          學(xué)歷

          畢業(yè)學(xué)校

          專業(yè)、輔修專業(yè)

          講明自己求職的理由、目標(biāo)

          重點(diǎn)介紹自己應(yīng)聘、應(yīng)征或?qū)で蠊ぷ鞯臈l件,突出自己的重要成績(jī)、特長(zhǎng)、優(yōu)勢(shì)及適合所求職的崗位

          闡述自己的敬業(yè)精神

          簡(jiǎn)單介紹自己的個(gè)性

          總之,要做到告知情況,突出重點(diǎn),言簡(jiǎn)意賅,具有吸引力和新鮮感,語(yǔ)氣自然。

          4、結(jié)尾

          求職信的結(jié)尾,主要是進(jìn)步強(qiáng)調(diào)求職的愿望,希望用人單位能給予考慮,或希望前往面談,接受單位的進(jìn)一步考察,等等。

          千萬(wàn)不可加上一句“緊適盯人”的話,如:“下周四我會(huì)再打電話向你問(wèn)進(jìn)一步的消息”等。用這種“強(qiáng)勢(shì)推銷”的方式,不僅很少能夠獲得滿意的結(jié)果,而且更可能因此讓人倒盡胃口。如果對(duì)方本來(lái)很喜歡你的信,這會(huì)兒也將因這句話而印象變差了。當(dāng)你打來(lái)電話之時(shí),很可能就被秘書進(jìn)接拒絕了。

          無(wú)論如何表達(dá),都要注意用語(yǔ)恰當(dāng)、得體、掌握分寸,以免造成不良印象,或授人以柄,帶來(lái)麻煩。

          5、致敬語(yǔ)、署名、日期

          因?yàn)榍舐毿,供求雙方都是互相陌生的,所以更要講究必要的禮節(jié)性的致敬語(yǔ)。在正文結(jié)束后,可寫上一句祝福語(yǔ),或在正文結(jié)束后,緊接著下一行空兩格,寫上 “此致”二字,后面不打標(biāo)點(diǎn);再在“此致”的下一行頂格書寫“敬禮”二字,后面打感嘆號(hào)。同時(shí)在致敬語(yǔ)右下方,簽署求職者的姓名及具體日期。

          若是手寫署名,要注意兩點(diǎn):一是不要過(guò)分謙恭,如寫“您忠實(shí)的待者:XXX”等,把自己有意識(shí)地貶低;二是字跡工整,切不可用署名炫耀自己的書法,引起對(duì)方不快。
