六、違約責(zé)任。出租人不得擅自將車調(diào)回，否則將按未運(yùn)輸期限租金額賠償承租人。承租人必須按合同規(guī)定的時(shí)間和租金付款，否則，每逾期一天，加罰一天的租金。
七、其他未盡事項(xiàng)，由雙方協(xié)商，協(xié)商不成，按照合同法規(guī)定辦理。
八、本合同一式份，雙方各執(zhí)正本一份。

本合同在_________于_________年_________月_________日簽訂。合同雙方為：_________(以下稱為出租人)和____先生/夫人/小姐(以下稱為承租人)。
