　　水是一切生命賴以生存，社會經濟發展不可缺少和不可替代的重要自然資源和環境要素。但是，現代社會的人口增長、工農業生產活動和城市化的急劇發展，對有限的水資源及水環境產生了巨大的沖擊。因此才有了世界水日的設立，今年的世界水日即將到來，那么，2016年世界水日的主題是什么呢?
