W: Yes, they were.

M: What can I do for you, Madam?
W: I want to buy a pair of sports shoes.
M: What size do you want, please?
W: Size eleven or twelve.
M: All right. How about this pair?
W: Oh, good. Please show me a black pair.
M: Here you are.
W: How much does this pair cost?
M: Two hundred and eighty-eight yuan.
W: It’s too expensive. Can it be cheaper?
M: How about two hundred and fifty-eight yuan?
W: I think it’s still expensive. What about two hundred and twenty?
