When you want to go shopping and decide how much money you can spend for new clothes, think about the kind of clothes you really need. Then look for those clothes on sale. There are labels(標簽) inside all new clothes.
The labels tell you how to take care of your clothes. The label for a shirt may tell you to wash it in warm water. A sweater label may tell you to wash by washing in cold water. The label on a coat may say "dry clean only". Wash-
ing may ruin(毀壞) this coat. If you do as the directions say on the label, you can keep your clothes looking their best.
Many clothes today must be dry-cleaned. Dry cleaning is expensive. When buying new clothes, check to see if
they will need to be dry-cleaned. You will save money if you buy clothes that can be washed. You can save money
if you buy clothes that are well-made. Well-made clothes last longer. They look good even after they have been washed many times. Clothes that cost more money are not always better made. They do not always fit better. Some-
times less expensive clothes look and fit better than more expensive ones.

水洗可能會弄壞這件大衣。如果你按照標簽上的說明去做，你就可以讓衣服保持最佳狀態。
現在的很多衣服都必須干洗。干洗很貴。當買新衣服的時候，檢查它們是否需要干洗。如果你購買可以水洗的衣服，就可以省錢。如果你購買做工精良的衣服，你可以省錢。做工好的衣服可以穿更長時間。即使是在洗過多次之后，看起來還很不錯。花錢更多的衣服并不一定制作就更好。它們不會總是很舍身。有時，不太昂貴的衣服比貴一些的衣服看起來、穿起來都更好。
